Hi There,
I can't wait to meet you and am so excited to create a beautiful new look. I understand that seeing a new stylist can be scary, especially when you don't know what to expect. Here is some additional information to make your visit as seamless and comfortable as possible.

Email & Text NOTIFICATIONS
Once your appointment is booked & accepted, you will receive a text and email from Gloss Genius letting you know your request has been accepted. Save this thread for future reference and use the feature to add to your calendar.
You will receive a confirmation 48 hours before your appointment, this would be the time to cancel. The morning of you will also receive a reminder. I know its a lot but some people really need them.

color appointments
I work best on a clean palette. Please wash your hair 24 hours before your appointment with a deep-cleansing shampoo. I will soon have product available for pick up. Avoid washing right before if you have a sensitive scalp. Arrive with clean dry hair and no oils or products. Build up may affect color results, and appointments will be shortened if I need to wash your hair first. Thank you.

I am located at Bellevana Suites in suite #19. The address is 25242 Kingsland Blvd. Katy, Tx. 77494. Free parking lot and free coffee for you at our coffee bar.

follow Up
Receive your follow up plan for haircare and service to achieve your long term goals via digital or card. Includes link to store, free shipping and ways to earn credit towards you future appointments.

Free parking, when you enter the reception waiting area there is a complimentary coffee bar for you. Dolce coffee with non-dairy options, tea, coconut water, apple juice, sparkling water, healthy snacks including gluten free, and free wifi for your work or pleasure needs.

Confirmations & cancelations
Please confirm your appointment when you receive the text from Gloss Genius. In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I do require a 48 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel, reschedule, or now show your appointment with less than the 48 hour notice, a 50% rebooking fee will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

dress practically
Please be mindful as to not wear anything white. There are robes available for you to change into if you should wear something bulky or if you have long hair. Please arrive 5 minutes early to give time to change.

re-Do Policy & Returns
My goal is to make YOU happy, if for some reason you are not and adjustments need to be made, please communicate within one week of appointment and anew appointment set within two weeks for a re do of no charge. If re-do or adjustment is not inline with original plan service fee is applicable.
There are no refunds on retail but exchanges are allowed.

Cash, Zelle, Apple Cash and credit cards are accepted for payment at this time. Please have Apple Cash (not Apple Pay and or Zelle set up before your visit.
